QUESTIONS
01. If you grew up in a church community, what were the signs of being “in” or “out” of your church community? If you grew up not in a church community what seemed like the way “in” to a church before you began to follow Jesus?
02. Do you see the call of Jesus as an end or a beginning? Have you always felt that way?
03. How is being in a community of Jesus followers different from following Jesus on your own.
04.: What is the significance of a tax collector and a zealot being among Jesus’s disciples? Have you ever been in a relationship with someone, because of Jesus, that our society would say is unlikely?
05. In the context of your family, neighborhood, workplace, etc. who is “on the margins"? How can you continue the mission of Jesus with them?
