03. Read Jonah 4:1-3. Do believe Jonah really knew the character of God? Why or why not?

04. Jonah's prayer in chapter 4 shows us that what he theologically (in his mind) believes about God, doesn't agree with his emotional (in his heart) belief about justice. Has there ever been this kind of disconnect for you?

05. Share a time when you, like Jonah, became angry at God and depressed over what seemed like an unjust situation? How do you resolve your anger with God? Is there anything currently going on in your life that you are angry or depressed about?

06. Read Jonah 4:11. How would you answer God's question posed in your context?
