1. What is the role of the Holy Spirit in your life?
2. Read Acts 2:1-4. Reflect on the reason that the coming of the Spirit is associated with wind, fire, and different languages.
3. Read Acts 2:5-11. What is the connection between Genesis 11 and Pentecost? Why did God have the Spirit work in such a way as to have people hear their own languages?
4. Read Acts 2:12-13. Talk through the different ways people responded. How do you think you would have responded?
