MUSIC

MUSIC COORDINATOR

• Works with VBS Director to choose music team members.

• Organizes a rehearsal schedule.

• Runs the music team practices.

• Works with the VBS director, lighting, and sound volunteers for production needs.

• Oversees the actual production of the music performances during the week of VBS.

• Will perform and lead children in the Mystery Island theme song and daily worship song in the opening and closing daily programs.

• Will teach children, along with the music team, songs and hand/dance motions during music rotation time.

MUSIC TEAM MEMBER

• Works under Music Coordinator to learn and perform all VBS music and motions.

• Attends ALL rehearsals and performances scheduled by Music Coordinator.

• Performs VBS music and motions during opening and closing ceremonies as well as Music Rotation time.

• Assists Music Coordinator in teaching children songs and motions.
